Phoenix on list for Major League Soccer Expansion

Phoenix Rising FC, which will compete in the Division 2 United Soccer League next season has been invited by Major League Soccer (MLS) and no we’re not talking about the Arizona Multiple Listing Service (Which you can view here)to submit an application to create a franchise in Phoenix. The governor of Phoenix Rising FC led a group of investors to purchase Arizona United Soccer Club in August, rebranding them Phoenix Rising FC, and negotiated the creation of a new 16-acre soccer stadium in south Scottsdale.

Phoenix Homes to Cost More in 2017

Shoppers considering buying a new home in the Phoenix Metro Area better look soon. Home prices in the Valley will climb an average of 7 to 9 percent this year. Compared to last year’s rate of 2 percent, this is a significant change and should motivate buyers to purchase soon.
